Wow, You're Deep, Man!

The Illustration Friday word of the week is DEPTH. It looks cool with anaglyph (red & blue) 3d glasses. Get it? Depth- 3d glasses! I crack myself up!

Just had to come back and thank you for today's family entertainment. Husband was all excited; the kids giggled and ran around; Cheruboy turned out a couple of his own 3D images with your google eyes :) You cracked us up. Thanks!

I'm always happy to crack people up :) I made the guy in poser, added the eyeballs & rendered it in 3ds max, with the Sterographer plug in for the anaglyph effect. (Anon- my glasses are from the fantastic computer game "Starship Titanic"

SOOO cool, oh man, I didn't have any 3D glasses, so I crossed my eyes and stood on my head, It didn't work, but the picture was still WAY cool.

Yep, that makes perfect sense! The third dimension is what it's all about and this is nicely done - I saw a kids' magazine issue recently that describes how to make those glasses...
