Ok, I Admit It

Ok, I admit it. He has to be, without a doubt, the stupidest life form ever to sit in the white house. I was annoyed earlier this week that everyone was making such a big deal about the eavesdropped conversation between W & Tony Blair, but this…

Think about it. One of the reasons W was elected was because of Clinton's legacy of getting a hummer in the oval office (and admit it, all you women out there screaming "sexual harassment" now, you were silent as mice during Monicagate & the Paula Jones fiasco,) so you'd think W would have some sort of professional demeanor to keep up appearances if nothing else. But if you just don't know NOT to touch a woman in an unwanted, intimate way… make that the head of a foreign government... during the G8 summit… in front of news cameras… just… Jesus, I can't even think of something witty to say! I'm just flabbergasted that anyone could be that freakn' stupid.

That's exactly what I thought when I saw the videos. Not to mention his lousy manners speaking AND chewing with his mouth full/open. I bet Laura's hiding in mortification somewhere. Lucky the German woman wasn't Uma in Kill Bill... or maybe not so lucky for us.....

Tony, I so agree! I thought my impression of this guy couldn't be any lower, but I was shocked by his ignorant, bigoted, simplistic crassness. Mind you, our own Prime Minister is someone of whom to be deeply ashamed :(.

In my opinion, he's a bully, it's a very subtle power manuever to do that to a woman in public view - I know how it feels and it sure isn't done because he's a nice guy. America, the big bully - I am mortified by our country which used to seem so freaking decent.

Hmmm... I wouldn't agree that America's a big bully, nor do I think that W is trying to be one here. What he's doing isn't subtle at all- he's clearly showing that he doesn't have respect for the Chancelor or her position. Or any judgement or common sense, for that matter.

It isn't even original either, remember Jeltsin pinched a few women way back when on camera. Same thing, this must be some form of intimidation, some men are frightened by powerful women.

You know Tony, I don't agree at all, but then I have been on the receiving end in policital circumstances and I also know how much politicians and others are coached. It sends a very clear message to the world. I got on a Zappa site to post a quote, but interestingly enough, it shut down my computer...but then again 'Freak Out' was blacklisted by our friendly US of A internal services of the time.

I had also done another post which was lost - in which I convey a little more of the view of America from over here, being an American in Europe...etc. Crass...no kidding and bully, well yes, that IS what many are beginning to think of us, all due to Dubya and his flock.

Tony LaRocca said...

String, if he got coached to do that, then it was a deliberate act of career sabotage, & he deserves everything he gets for being stupid enough to listen.

PS Which Zappa site?

String said...

There is no career sabotage if the polls are rigged and the media is bought. Sorry to wax on, but they will get rid of him when they have a better replacement - maybe they are building up to that?

I googled Frank Zappa, Mothers of Invention, Trouble Coming Every Day - trying to quote it correctly!

I like the way you think. But if there a They is running things, They are global, & America is just another playing field.

It's hard to quote "Trouble Coming every day" as there are about 5 different versions of it.

YOU look like a perfect group with whom we can network. What do you think about our engaging in a link exchange?

Make America Purple seeks people interested in making the people responsible for representing us, who are supposed to be leading this country ACCOUNTABLE!

Let's join together...because YES there IS power in numbers. This post is but a single example of bad behavior that is leading this country down a road from which it could take generations to recover.

Let's STOP IT NOW!

Wow. You know, my first reaction to your purple cause was that it was a gay one? (Do I have to include the obligatory "Not that there's anything wrong with that," or can I keep on typing?)

I'm all for a non-partisan America, but I'm far too much of a cynic to think it will ever happen. American's love the war between the far left and right wackos. They think it makes life exciting, while instead it creates an excuse not to get anything done.

Good luck to you.

Ha, great response. And you're right, it is global, but American is SO big - and carries more weight right now than just about every country. As for playing field, that is exactly what worries me.

Hey Tony, just dropping by to see how you are doing. I love this post. God, I detest this guy. When is the next election? I can't wait to see him down.
