Wed Night is Mets Night!

I'm a Yankees fan by nature, but I'll never pass up tickets to a good game (Thanks, Tony & Dianne!) . Besides Shea Stadium (named for the Cuban guerrilla leader, Che Stadium) is a few miles away, while Yankees stadium is all the way out in the Bronx.

You think it's easy to mow those stripes?

Any questions?

Joe & the Cowbell Man get ready to sing "Don't Fear the Reaper" (I still don't get it!)

Looks like you had fun. I don't understand the cowbell either, but I always like 'em: on cows, or in hard rock bands with crazy drummers.
Are you sure the stadium wasn't named for Che's Lounge?

The "Che Stadium" joke is one Eric Idle makes in "The Rutles: All You Need is Cash" :)

How great that you're able to go to ball games with Joe. What a good dad you are!

But then, you're not my dad, and I don't have to put up with you, so what do I know? *G*

Lou - thanks - I've seen the sketch, but I just don't get why it's considered funny. Now John Belushi as the Godfather in group therapy - THAT was funny!
