Ticking Away the Moments that Make Up a Dull Day...

Illustration Friday: Time

I can't tell you how much of a ball-buster this picture was. First of all, 10k blades of grass make the computer cry. Forget even thinking about shadows and reflections. Ah well, it's done. Enjoy.

Odd, my clock had it's door opened today without any help...just sitting there, door open...time! I figured the 'little people' were hanging about!

totally worth the effort - great atmosphere! And of course it prompts all those great "Why's"...

Thanks for coming to play over at my blog too :)

Very nice illustration! Quite different from many of your others. Why does it make me sad?

Yes, but it's lovely. And I like that it's in black and white, too. More timely. :)

You have such incredible talent, Tony. I don't know if I've ever told you, but when I first came across your work through IF, I thought that this is what you did for a living. I thought you worked on art for computer games like Myst or Syberia (examples of the type of work, not that I thought you worked on those in particular).

You're just that good, and even better than some.

I know that you've talked about creating your own game in the past; I think you'd be good at it, or in the field at any rate.

Just wanted you to know.
